Hi, my name is Carol.

Let me tell you a bit about me, I’m a personal trainer based in Wymondham. I am a single parent to 2 pre-teens and I also work in schools as a teaching assistant in a local school – so I understand that life can get busy! I want to help people achieve their goals and trust me that I am still on that journey myself so that I stay fit and mentally well. I want to help people and show them that they can get fit and healthy even if they are busy.

I can help you to achieve your goals by providing the motivation and support you need, giving you the skills you need to do it on your own and make fitness a sustainable part of your life.

I want to help you be fitter for your kids so you can see them grow up and have enough energy to run around the park with them, if you want to!

I can help you create new habits that will make you feel good about yourself – it’s not all about squats and burpees (let’s face it we all hate theses) it is about your mindset and good nutrition too.

At Get Fit with CAS I can offer you nutritional advice to help with your weight management. We can go through your diet and see what may need tweaking. My aim is to not take food away but make it a part of your life without it being a food we have to avoid. I do not label food as good or bad, I want to educate you to understand what foods are going to fill you up and what has more nutritional value. Hopefully along the way we can repair your relationship with food and this will help you reach your fitness goals and not jump from diet to diet. I want you to learn how to fuel your body in a way that is going to be sustainable.

I have a private studio that I train my clients and I wanted to make sure you feel comfortable. If you find the studio a bit daunting, I can also train in people their own homes. I am here to make you feel comfortable in any setting.
