“Cas has been a real star for me! I needed to try and do some exercise and build up my strength, but was quite intimidated by the thought of going to the gym. I met with Cas and we talked about my goals, lifestyle and what I needed which would fit into my schedule. She was knowledgable and completely non judgemental! We started with a basic program which we tweaked as the weeks went on. She was super encouraging and it was great each time she pushed me further and added more weight. This was the kick start that I needed to not be afraid of the gym 🙂 I have gone onto to join the local leisure centre, and am planning to try and do some sessions there going forward, I would never have had the confidence to go into the gym without the work I did with Cas. I also know if I need a boost or some advice she is still there around the corner and I can book a session. Her gym is small but perfectly formed for what I needed, plus she uses other equipment which you can replicate at home so its not just using the big machines.
